We employ several different methods to accomplish your design objectives. Depending on the item, some methods lend themselves better for a given look. The methods we use are:
Use of screens that have micro-holes in them along the design template to allow ink to pass through to the garment. Separate screens are required for each color.
Garment Material: any cotton, poly, or hybrid fabric. Note: We do not print on fleece or hats.

Durability:
Use of heat to bind cut vinyl designs to a garment.
Garment Material: any cotton, poly, or hybrid fabric. Note: We do not iron on fleece or hats.
Colors: Full Color
Artwork: Vector graphics (.pdf, .ai, .eps files)
Max Print Area: ( 12” W x 14” H)
Durability:
Using different color threads in very close proximity to create designs directly on garments.
Garment Material: any cotton, poly, or hybrid fabric.
Colors: Spot Colors
Embroidery Files: .dst & .emb files

Durability:
Using a pre-cut applique design and then sewing it to a garment. Creates an upscale, retail feel.
Garment Material: any cotton, poly, or hybrid fabric. Note: We do not do tackle twill on hats.
